Leaving a negative review is the only way to attract attention from this branch. They will respond: “ I am the manager, you should have contacted me about your concerns! “ . You can contact the manager, the person who created the policy, nobody cares here. I was told by Phil that after canceling the insurance, only after 30 days + another 5-10 business days you can get a refund. Well looks like it’s still not the case, I am still waiting, but since I have his e-mail confirming this I can report it with the credit card company and hopefully get the money from them. Stay away from this company, probably they just take your money and will never insure you! This branch is a fraud!

I would avoid this company at all cost! They will pursue you with extensive effort to insure with them, but after you purchase something will ignore you in every way. I was pursued by Phill to send in a deposit on September 30th to fill his quota for the month, while my insurance would not come in effect until November 26th. The insurance policy and quote came in with different rates and even after sending copies of drivers licenses, my address and name could not be spelled correctly even after 3 tries. I gave up, asked them to cancel, now waiting for a refund that might never come. Very interesting how their system can process a payment months in advance before the insurance will start, but all of a sudden refunds can not be processed in their system.
Do yourself a big favor and stay away!
