Allstate has been pretty good to me over the years. My contact has been Julia. She is awesome. But the person I have been dealing with now is Arritha and he is absolutely terrible. When I needed quotes he was answering phones and sending emails. But unfortunately I found a better quote with another company for home and auto. And now he won't answer calls or reply to emails. He is terrible and won't help you unless they are making money off of you. I highly recommend using another allstate branch. Arritha is not the person you want to deal with. Please avoid him at all costs. I would not contact this branch again. His manager definitely needs to teach him how to be a better agent. Definitely not great in customer support. Makes me not want to deal with allstate ever again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Allstate can be a very confusing place to do business. Try calling the helpline and there is a minimum of 15-20 min wait time before you hang up due to frustration. Their renewal process is confusing and can lead to various outcomes, something which are not honoured. I have nothing against the branch but Allstate in General. Their initial
Setup is fantastic and they offer good deals only to leave you high and dry later.

Allstate hires fantastic people in their local branches, but being a citizen of Burlington, I need to advise folks to stay far away from Allstate. The initial setup is a breeze, but they leave you out of the loop for claims and take ages to even start the claim process after its been assigned to an adjuster. It's been three weeks since a family member filed a claim and we haven't heard back from the adjuster at all. You can try to go to a location to get answers, but they can't do much because of how Allstate is structured (bureaucracy + red tape + "protocol"). I even went to this location and was assigned a cubicle to call a "direct" line and was on hold for 15-20 minutes before I hung up (similar experience to calling in their claims line). If you call during active hours, they are helpless to do much. If you call after hours, they're even more helpless. Absolute gongshow and I simply cannot comprehend how they get away with this.
I added one star for the nice people at the branches I've visited over the years + Allstate's quickness in issuing refund cheques, but that's about all the positive that I have to say about this company. They're quick to take your money, but you certainly get what you pay for, and it's been this way for a few years now. I've since cancelled with Allstate but take my review as a warning. Sort by lowest or most recent to get a better idea of what's going on.

Just switched home and auto insurance to Allstate today. Highly recommend Angela Zhu, who provided the best rates and discounts to maximize our savings that meet our insurance needs. It is not easy to go out of comfort zone switching out of old insurances that we have been with for over10 years- Angela made the transition process easy and effortless.
In the end, Allstate auto and home insurance beat our previous insurances in terms of coverage and benefits in a cheaper price.
Angela is responsive to answering all questions in a timely manner. If you want savings and best customer service, give Angeal a try and she will not disappoint you. It is worth your time shopping around !!
