If I could give less than a 1 star review I would … after 25 years of paying monthly insurance, never missing a payment, for our home and our vehicles… couldn’t get enough service to change our payment date by a a few days… should be ashamed of yourselves to say” We’re the Good Hands People”… Took five days to get rid of you… again no service…no one ever picks up the phone but happy to take their money each month.. again for 25 years…but sure glad Allstate will never get another dime of our money ever… minus 5 review.. shop elsewhere please.. do yourself a favour..Bye bye.. hope you go bankrupt!

I am currently on the phone waiting to speak with someone about my policy. I have been bounced around from person to person (Sonia, Cody) and disconnected, two phone calls and 58 minutes later.
Although a customer for more than 35 years, I will be doing research into other companies that have better customer service.
