I created a request to update my home insurance to remove some unnecessary coverage items. However I needed to call Allstate to proceed the changes. But no body took my call. I think Allstate did this intentionally.

Terrible experience with Allstate this year. Same sentiment and experience as many other reviews. Very disappointing as I have had home and auto insurance for years with Allstate.. I had previously championed and shared how great past reps and the experiences dealing with Allstate were exceptional. There is value in more than.just price but my home and auto policies combined have increased by thousands this year with no change in coverage. And the icing on the cake is to call the customer care line and get no effort or real empathy or explanation. Just reps who lack customer service skill and manners. What a shame.
