Edit. Received a phone call shortly after we left. All was looked after, thank you Allstate.
Your website needs updating, saying no agents on Mondays. Maybe a call back system so clients are not on hold for so long.

Hours and hours and hours of listening to how important my call is. Really? Really? If I am so important why can I not leave a message for a call back? This is days after the event. Ridiculous

We initially changed to Allstate because they were friendly and worked with us for insurance on our two boys who are first time policy holders. The pricing was fantastic as well. We then changed mine and my wifes vehicles over, and our home insurance. Allstate is the best company out there at collecting the money! Once we are onboard and one of my sons had an accident (not his fault), we have been left completely abandon. Online is the way we were told to file the claim and that we near two weeks ago and nobody contacting us still. We call daily; but the on-hold wait times are crazy. We have no less than 6 hours in 5 days of wait time just to be told every time that our file is in hands of an agent. We have been given that agents name and number and email, and we still get no responses. Allstate is unwilling to help locally and every single person we talk to; differs to another. An accident with a 16 year old kid is not an easy thing for anyone to process; insurance is the one thing you hope to rely on in the unfortunate time, and ours have left us completely in the dark. Once this is finally sorted out; we will be removing our 5 policies with Allstate Airdrie and moving on.

Had a claim in mid March, got no support from local agent. Claim adjuster was in Ontario, didn't know the process or understand it. Talk to upper levels of management they did not care or help. 7 months later they sent a cheque for 60 cents on the dollar even though I provided all the info they requested. So very poor coverage and No one cares as long as they got there premium. Not worth the grief.
