I have been with Allstate for years, with multiple cars and tenants insurance. Within the last 48 hours I've been hung up on twice by an agent while asking for a quote on a new vehicle I'm considering buying. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received and will be leaving Allstate. They were great when I was signed up with them yet, after they got my money the service dropped dramatically. I could deal with that, but when I am trying to spend more money and they aren't able to answer my questions and proceed to hang up on me!? I was not cursing or being rude, my tone was calm I was simply confused. After repeating my question Tarmin (some gentleman with a name beginning with a T) hung up on me and next thing I heard was there automated survey asking how great my experience was.... needles to say, horrible.

Terrible customer service. I was involved in a collision 2 weeks ago and have been calling claims and leaving a voicemail daily. Their claims voicemails says a rep will reach out within 3 hours yet I have not received a response in the 2 weeks. I emailed the Airdrie location and they advised someone will get a hold of me shortly, it’s the end of day and still no call. I have been with them for 5 years. I would highly suggest taking your business to a company that will answer your calls the same day you’re in an accident. Super disappointed.
