I never leave a review but I just cannot handle this Allstate service. The first time I called we confirmed everything and seemed all good, the next time I called they said that nothing was confirmed and had to restart the process again, it turned out they couldn’t do the process because it was too late. So then I called the next day. I resolved the issue and confirmed everything but the crazy thing is, none of it was actually confirmed or resolved. They were no help. I waited 1 hour wait time to get a call everyday and spend 4 hours of my time uselessly. Please fix your service

Having a TERRIBLE time claiming for the auto, struggling to get a resolution for the total loss amount settlement which was accepted on OCT 1st, after numerous emails, calls and voicemails there is no response, and i am getting charged for 2 VEHICLES ( the one which was a Total Loss and the second one which we had to purchase from our own pocket, as the insurer has still not processed the Cheque since 45 days now. The Agent at this location is also not responding to my calls, had to reach out to someone else, who does not have full clarity. I have 3 new Policy Docs on website, no one to answer WHY there are 3 with different amounts, and I was charged YESTERDAY an Amount more than which is more than what was told to me earlier by the Agent during renewal. Have also reached out to Ombudsman for Allstate, and GIO - FSRA for no resolution and miss represntations of details and charges. With all tge email threads we have with the agent. Hopefully, they will have this going forward. Extremely bad experience with ALLSTATE.

Allstate now covers my home and auto. After searching for the best coverage they were an easy choice. Best price by far. Customer service was awesome. Joel Zimmer went out of his way to gather information that I was not able to provide to him, this resulted in full coverage with an unbeatable price. Definitely 5 stars and more.
