Unfortunately, my basement flooded. Fortunately, Karla Mayfield at Allstate Insurance is my agent. I called her, she answered, and by the end of the call I was clear on my coverages, my deductibles, and had a couple of questions for her to investigate. By the end of the day, I was in a MUCH better place; the mitigation was well underway, Karla had answers to my questions and she was able to confirm that thanks to Allstate's first claim forgiveness, my future premiums weren't going to be affected. Within 48 hours, I'd also spoken with the claims team as well. A HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO KARLA AND THE REST OF THE ALLSTATE TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
