The long story short.
I've made an insurance for my SUV. Allstate agent wrote to me that after I do additional activities I'll get a better price. After I'd completed and showed a document I wrote to the agent but another agent told me there is no better price for me. I didn't get even "I'm sorry for misunderstanding".
The big doesn't mean good, unfortunately.
I do not recommend this company.

I submitted a claim on January 31, 2023 and I’m still waiting to hear back from a claims adjuster. My calls go unanswered and no one has been returning my requests for a follow up. Disappointing at how poor the service is when a claim is submitted… still waiting for that follow up from the adjuster…

Quite disappointed!!
Home ensurance was encrised $$$ withou any reason. Without notification and no consent. As per the agent, Yes it was but no clear explanation why. Promised to consult manager. Without any feed back.
