Great at first, then a nightmare. I switched to Allstate this year and was impressed with the rates available for house and vehicle insurance. Dean has been a pleasure to work with and for the most part has promptly answered all questions I've had. Fast forward 6 months, we had to submit a claim for hail damage on our house. I could not imagine a more frustrating experience. It took multiple calls to the claim supervisor to get our claims adjustor to contact us after waiting a month and a half after the inspector had come by. My faith in Allstate is pretty much zero at this point, and I anticipate more even more headaches. Unfortunately I do regret switching to Allstate and would recommend others to beware.
