My husband car got hit last June 21, It's been almost 2 months now. Emailed and calling the company many times don't even remember how many times, even had an adjuster who will deal with our claim but we have no any response yet, it was frustrating🥲 quotes was done as well. Our car was old but it is properly maintained. To have new car at this time is very expensive, and we can't afford that.Not even my husband fault on that accident. Feel like withdrawing our insurance in your company, but the thing is if we withdraw what will happen to our claim? Even tools and spare tire of the car got stolen, due to the accident the back door of the car was broken. It was explained and reported properly. I wonder why we don't receive any response? The adjuster you gave us don't care and unresponsive. Name is Sumiran Rajput. If you can give us another adjuster that can help us will much appreciated. Our policy will be expired and renewed soon, I am thinking due to renewal of the policy, you guys get hold of our claim? I hope this message will reach your good office to resolve this problem. FYI! We want to renew our Insurance but how? Doubted, we are not safe in your company.
