I really wish if i would have an option to give them a ZERO as rating as their customer service was SO POOR. I have been living in canada in almost more than 10 years. And, never have to deal with such bad communicators especially the one’s who works as a customer representatives. I have called to Allstate insurance company and I am pretty sure her name was DEEPA VERMA and she was such a RUDE personality to deal with. She wasnt ready to hear me out and about the needs of my insurance, she was compelling me to get other premiums except the one i wanted. As I have clearly shared what i need but instead of hearing me out, She was clearly cutting me and saying the words how she wanted to hear. For me the customer service matters a-lot as i am a customer service supervisor at different profession and pretty much know what tone of voice must be use with the customers to give them above and beyond customer service experience. Last but not least, i would definitely recommend everyone to avoid Allstate insurance company if you would want better customer service and your needs to get met. I had business with other auto insurance Company but never experienced that insanely rough. Also, i only got to know about this company from my Uncle but when i shared what experience i got from this company he also wanted to re- think about if he wants his business to continue with them!!!!

I have nothing but praise for Kat Zhivodrova at this location but unfortunately all other customer service is terrible. I have (had) home and auto with this location and tried to settle up my account in arrears due to being laid off. The day I got my first paycheck after 3.5 months I emailed to set up a new PAD. Alyssa told me I couldn't set up a PAD unless my outstanding balance was paid and "whatever billing" I had was not on record anymore due to missing scheduled payments and a $50 NSF charge was applied to my home insurance, fair enough. An hour goes by and I get a second email from Alyssa, a second $50 NSF charge to my auto insurance because payment was declined. I owed $320 initially jacked up 31% by two $50 NSFs. One I can accept but considering I was trying to reconcile my account and "whatever billing" was removed, plus shouldn't this just bundled together if payment is coming out the same day? All I asked was for one NSF to be removed at minimum since I was trying to get back in good standing before the second charge but customer service has zero interest in helping.
