Bad customer Service. I was discussing an Issue with an agent and in middle of discussion while I have many questions he told me literally that he has other customers waiting. No patience to listen to old customers but look how much time they spend with you if you are new. They spend as much time just to hook you up.

Allstate as a whole is a joke got quoted good made a payment for first and last then after that was all done they call me a week after saying there underwriters messed up and my payment will be going up then when trying to call and deal with i was unable to for days even the guy I signed up with would call and email and notching so I said kick rock and canceled with them worst agency ever don’t go to them

I was sent two letters with different premiums (one being cheaper) for my policy renewal. Of course in true Allstate scammy fashion I’m being charged the more expensive premium because they forgot to add a claim I had made almost a year for an accident that wasn’t my fault AND I was under my dad’s policy at the time. This company is so frustrating to deal with and their decisions make absolutely no sense. Will be shopping around for new auto insurance immediately
