I have been dealing with my insurance broker Tavin. He has helped me out with vehicle and house insurance and is really easy to deal with and actually calls you back when you ask him. He even stayed late to help me with vehicle insurance for my girlfriend so we would be able to get registration first thing in the morning. I recommend using his service.

I have called 2 days in a row to get a car insurance policy and I have had to call many times and wait at least 3 hours in total for them to answer me that I have to wait for the agent who has my file to contact me because due to company policy no one else can assist me. I have not been able to go pick up my car because I do not have insurance, this company is very frustrating.
