Worst customer experience ever. Silvia worked on my rental policy renewal. I provided a group code upon at renewal but she failed to apply it. A few weeks later I found this mistake, she said she need to contact someone to get it corrected and told me that she will get back to me in one or two days. However I waited for two months and no response. So two months later I called her again (she was not in the office) and leaved her a voice mail, but no call back either. And then another two weeks passed, today I called her again. She told me she received my voicemail but she think it's not her business to reach out to me. She said 'my duty is about new customers and evaluate new policies, if you have any questions you can talk to my manager'. I said if you promised to call me back you should at least let me know who I should speak to or how your team decided to address the issue. Then she hang up the phone, in a very rude way. I tried once to call her back after that, and it went directly to her voicemail. At first the Allstate representative promised to reach back to me in two days. However I waited for months and eventually she tells me to talk to her manager and hang up my phone? That's the worst customer experience ever, can't believe it's truly happened.

I initially left a less than favorable review, due to temporary issues that most likely was no one persons particular fault. After speaking with Krystal the locations manager, I feel obligated to updated & change my rating. Krystal & I discussed these issues and I feel compelled to report not only did the situation get resolved but I'll most likely have a much better day after chatting with her, she was so understanding & helpful and most importantly very pleasant to speak with. Thank you Krystal for all your help regarding my situation. 🙂
