Hands down the worst insurance company out there. My adjuster ghosted me after I reported my car accident and never heard from him and then I was transferred to a different person and this person never answered my phone calls or emails after deciding liability. Do yourself a favour and find a company that actually cares.

The very worst insurance agency. My car got hit 8 months ago and i’m still trying to get allstate to simply do their job and help me. I have called them and my adjuster personally too many times to count and they just ignore me. I have been hung up on and ignored for months. Don’t bother going to them with your claim. Save your money because you just pay them to sit around and ignore you. I have had a written off car for 8months. It no longer runs AT ALL. The people who hit me have also reached out to handle it but not surprisingly there has been radio silence from allstate.
