One of the worst agencies to deal with. The only person who used to answer promptly to my queries was Christina. Not sure whether she still work for this agency. When you call some one, they listen to the person, and if he/she is having an accent or not a native English speaker, they disconnect the call. They discriminate people. After 40 minutes of waiting, a lady attended my call, took my personal information and disconnected my call. She didn't call me back. They have my information and phone number on file. And, not responding to the emails. Such an irresponsible team. They don't value their customers. Very disappointed.

Terrible Terrible service I have ever got from any company. Called to make a claim. They take your info then push you to an adjuster. Then never get a call back. called them 30 times and still nothing after weeks. Then call the insurance company again get another adjuster and same thing. I hate all state and mean hate. My kid has had no car for months and its someone else that hit him. if you want my advice go to another insurance company.

When dealing with a house sale n vacant property insurance policy. When received an invoice for the 3 month policy. I called to pay it and was advised not to as a refund was coming from the previous policy. Ok. Month later 16 days prior to possession date and 30 days prior to end date of policy they closed the policy by letter. I called to pay it again and was explained I had to open a new policy entirely as the old one was closed. I said not doing that possession was 2 days ago. 2 months later I received a email from a collection agency saying I owe for the amount that was remaining after they closed the policy one month early. Guess whos credit took a hit because of this side show after I paid the collection agency the day I received the email. Do not recommend!
