I cannot believe the wait times just to speak with someone. You would think after all these absolutely terrible reviews stating the same issue they would fix the issue.. Probably the worst service i have encountered..

I have been with Allstate for over 25 years. Always great to deal but something has changed. In the last year I cant get a hold of anyone. Wait times of 1hr plus. Service is ok when you can talk to someone and have talked to great people there but if i cant get through to discuss changes and even pay for my policy I guess there might be no choice but to go elsewhere. Even if they did call backs but nothing like that. Very Frustrating!!

Nobody picks up the phone, after 45 minutes I hung up and went in, 3 members of staff standing talking!!
I was told to go into the office and call from there!!
