Absolutely beyond annoyed and disappointed with the customer service. I have been dealing with Sarah for about a year, sadly she caused me a few different griefs by making some mistakes and missing some thing, but she was pleasant and at least replied quickly. In the last week I have been trying for 5 full days now to insure a new vehicle… what the hell is that!?! Sarah never replied to my 3 contacts until Wednesday afternoon(first contact was Monday) then she replied stating she was away. Ok no problem, but why was no one taking care of her clients while she was “away”… then I get a reply to my email from Priscilla saying she needed to speak over the phone to add this vehicle to my current policy and that Sarah was no longer with Allstate (weird cause all Sarah said was “away”. She called the next day while I was working and said I could call back before 6 pm as she’d be there until then. I call at 530 and leave a message. No call back, call again this morning. No answer or reply. Have now emailed her again. I truly DO NOT feel valued as a customer at all and it should NOT take 5 full business days to still not have insurance… disappointed and frustrated is an UNDERSTATEMENT…

I have been with all state for 2 years. I can’t justify why. I can never get a hold of anyone.. this morning I have been sitting on hold for 2 hours and still waiting. In the past I was told to get a security camera to lower costs of insurance rates.. did that.. they didn’t accept the type of camera I installed even though they recommended exactly what I got. I have tried to get quotes for vehicles, inquire if I am receiving the best rate possible etc and have had no replies or have had to waste time trying to find the answers out. I am extremely displeased with the customer service and rates Allstate offers.. will be switching companies ASAP.

Attempting to get through for customer service takes well over an hour and then they transfer you and you get to be on hold again. Also prices much more expensive. The bonus cheque for no claims is 35$ a year. After what they make on insurance makes the bonus comical really. Will be moving my insurance. Also, only virtual service extremely hesitant to meet in person while most people are back to work. Very disappointed.
