You'll need different types of insurance; it is always accessible when signing, but getting service afterwards is a big problem. I also faced this problem. For four days, I tried to get service by phone. I spent over 50 minutes waiting on hold every day and still couldn't talk to an agent. Then I decided to go to the office and do a miracle: I was in the front. Priscilla met me. I didn't even have time to tell my whole story; she asked me to wait, and 2 minutes later, I was already talking to Agent Shawna. All my questions were resolved within 5 minutes. Super professional. Super polite. Super friendly. Priscilla and Shawna - thank you for making my day successful. You are awesome!

I've been with Allstate Insurance for the past 3 years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of awful. Last week, I received a cancellation notice stating that my insurance policy was canceled because they supposedly didn’t receive my CAE2 application. However, I had already submitted the requested document on October 10th (40 days ago), the same day it was requested. I emailed them twice with no response. It’s frustrating that they are blaming me for their mistake. To make matters worse, I’ve spent over 1 hours on hold. I’ve seen other Google reviews where the company replies, asking people to send an email to resolve their issues. How about responding to the emails I’ve already sent, which I’ve been waiting on for the last 7 days? This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable!

My home and auto insurance both increased. I am with them for 2 years and instead of decreasing each year its increasing!!!. And my god those long wait times.. atleast 2 hours each time i called and agents were of no help what so ever. I am moving someplace else.
