I have auto insurance with Allstate. I also have roadside assistance. My car broke down in an underground parking lot in Toronto on Sunday. I called Allstate roadside assistance several times. They said they cannot come in underground parking after many calls. I had my 1 year old daughter with me. Every body was cursing us for blocking the path way. We had to wait for 5 hours and then towed our car using a different towing company. I was very much worried about my daughter and wife. I reached home at 2:30 in the night. This is one of the worst customer service I ever got from any company. Worst of the worst. I even regretted why I even chose Allstate in the first place. Today I had to tow the car to a mechanic. I called Allstate the whole day. Every time they say someone will come in 45 minutes. Then nobody comes. We call again and they say someone will come in 45 minutes. This cycle keeps on going. Now the mechanic is closed and I cannot take my car there. Whole day lost. I was not able to work the whole day. Again I have to call tomorrow. Maybe tomorrows day will also be lost. I feel Allstate does not value the time of their customer. Sometimes they do not even receive the call. If they could not tow, then just tell us the same. We could have gone with another company and saved a lot of our time and problems. Do you guys even value your customer??

Allstate has continued to take my house insurance out of my bank account for over a year even though my house was sold in April 2021. They are giving me a hard time about returning my money even with proof of sale.
