Had an accident on September 25 during the evening after the offices had closed. Reported the claim to after hours line. I was told an adjuster will get in contact with me and I specifically requested I needed a rental car for the time being. I called enterprise to find out I was never given a reference number to the insurance claim. Now I'm trying and trying to get someone on the phone to give me the reference number and no one has yet reached out to me. I was given the name of the adjuster Ashley Landry. I emailed this person and called the office numerous times only got to speak with a customer service rep who cannot help me because it needs to be an adjuster who delivers that information. Absolutely ridiculous service standards!

On September 4th, a rock from a truck cracked my car window, and nearly two weeks later, my car is still not repaired. The insurance agent claims this delay is uncommon, but from other reviews, it seems to be a consistent issue. I strongly advise against using this insurance company if you want reliable service. The wait times are excessive, and I’ve been without my car for two weeks, fearing the crack will worsen. Despite this, no progress has been made and each time I call no resolution, so Im left to write a bad review. It shouldn't take over 10 business days to process a claim this is crazy.
