People aren't wrong, the wait times are an absolute joke, over 3 1/2 hrs on the phone, in an emergency....what are we paying for ? No chance of renewal once this policy expires. Beware

“Longer wait times than normal” I emailed them twice in may and still have not heard anything back. Abysmal customer service.

Used to be an excellent agency a few years back, now there is zero chance of them answering the customer service line. Not sure if there is new ownership but whatever they have done has completely ruined this once great branch. Pathetic to have no support while paying exorbitant rates (claims free with spotless driving record, also claims free on home insurance as well). It's necessary to clean house of entire management, very clear It's not working based on reviews I have read. Long time customer and will be changing if no improvement by renewal time.
Update: I see below they have time to reply to reviews but not to emails or answer the phone. I have emailed with no response and my wife called was on hold for 45 minutes before the line magically disconnected.
