What a nightmare! This office does not see the value of a loyal customer. We had our credit card compromised while in vacation and immediately upon return called those companies that were affected by the card being cancelled. How gracious all of the companies were except for Allstate! We not only were required to pay a $50 NSF fee for each account the service we received was abysmal. Office closed, no one can help us to have the fees reversed and they did not help us in anyway after 6 years of impeccable on time payments for not only our vehicles, but our home and our RV. So we took our business elsewhere. Guess what we are saving $100 a month doing so. Good riddance to Allstate and to their lousy customer service.

Either I cannot get hold of anyone from Customer Service or if I get hold of someone after waiting for few hours, the customer service agent cannot do any action and always ask headoffice for underwriting issue. Once it goes to headoffice, there is never a status update. There is no ticket number or nothing. In addition to paying them, all we have to do in is call them every single day and waste our time waiting for someone to pick up the call. All agents are always busy.
I honestly cannot understand how they can run a business like this and cannot do for any issues that require some additional thinking.
So frustrating and I'm going to end up canceling my policy. Not sure if other Insurance companies are also like this. Totally frustrating.

Worst service you can get. Since my agent left the company, I am having hard time in getting information. I want to cancel my policy and guess what it took me 5 days to connect with them. Thankfully I never had any claims, I would imagine the service I would have received from Allstate.
