Seems alot people don’t like to listen DO NOT TRUST Allstate they will not be there when you need them when you cancel your policy they will add charges before they explain it to you Collection agency already has your file Allstate on whole very disgusting to deal with.

I had a terrible experience with Allstate Insurance. I canceled my policy in June, submitting all the required documents. However, they still deducted $987 in August and $675 in September from my account. When I contacted them to ask for the reason and request a refund, they kept asking me to resubmit the same documents repeatedly.
Finally, in September, they assured me that the process was complete and I would receive my refund. But now, it’s the end of October, and I haven't received anything. To make matters worse, when I called them last week, one of their representatives listened to my issue, put me on hold, and dropped the call without telling me anything about where things stood.
Now, instead of resolving the issue, they are sending me letters demanding payments! This is beyond frustrating—horrible customer service and no accountability. I would not recommend Allstate to anyone. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that values its customers!

If I could provide 0 stars I would. Allstate has the worst wait times to get in touch with someone to make changes that it is incredible. Stay away if you value your time and customer service.
