I’m Kate, an Allstate Sales Agent and Insurance Advisor with Allstate at the Mississauga North Agency. I’m here to help with any questions you may have about home or auto insurance, and I’m always happy to provide a personalized quote.

A little about me: I’m originally from Taiwan, and as an immigrant, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate things like insurance in a new environment. That’s a big part of why I enjoy what I do—I aim to make the process simple, clear, and stress-free.

Before joining the insurance industry, I spent over four years in customer service, which shaped how I support my clients today. I focus on listening, understanding your needs, and explaining your options in a way that feels approachable and easy to follow—without any pressure.

Outside of work, I’m also involved in art performances. Creativity is important to me, and I believe it brings a fresh perspective to how I connect with and support people.
