Arash was the agent I spoke with to add on home insurance to my account. He was accommodating of my time as I work odd hours and he is very knowledgeable. He helped me to the best of his ability and answered all my questions. Initially, I inquired for a quote then spoke with another insurance company for comparison. The customer service was lacking and felt the agent was not motivated to help. I decided to go with Allstate because they gave the more affordable quote and service is spectacular. I referred my mother in law to Arash and she was also extremely pleased with the service.

The worst customer service, on hold for at least 45 min to get a call answered. Then you get hung up on. It used to be good, too bad they have outsourced cs.
