Terrible after sales support. My agent Amrinder never picks up the phone or ever responds. Being held hostage with them. Every time I call during renewal for cancellation, I get ghosted and charged and auto renewed. Never trust these guys. I cannot even update any details on my policy. No one answers or helps. Don’t know how to reach out to their management too.

Allstate's customer service is absolutely abysmal. If you're thinking of choosing them as your insurance company, I strongly advise against it. Our vehicle was in a collision three months ago, and they have yet to respond to a single email promptly or arrange for repairs at a shop. This has been an ongoing issue for years! My claim advisor, Venus Yeung, has been entirely unresponsive and indifferent to my pleas for assistance in getting my car repaired. As a result, I've decided to take all four of my vehicle policies elsewhere.
