Price of insurance going up, Allstate customer service going down. This office no longer cares about customer service. For 20 years I have been paying my insurance, car and home, in person. During Covid they closed their doors and now they keep their doors closed. They also do not answer their phones. For live customer service they recommend driving to their locations in either Mississauga West, on Dundas, or Mississauga North, on Argentia. WOW - great recommendation that I drive further, wasting time and gas because they are too lazy. What is the purpose of this office?

Since the last 2 years this branch has become a GHOST OFFICE. 4 times a year I call to make changes to my policy and every time I call it's an Hour or more before anyone answers customer service line. Literally calling back multiple days in a row no answer. I need to find who the branch manager or district manager is and get their number ASAP. Adding to my review. Allstate responded to my review down below. I actually sent an email as they instructed and still no one has called me back. I requested a call back from a manager 2 times already. I've waited 2 weeks still no call back. This is an Example how they duck and dodge their own customers.

I would like to highlight the professionalism and stellar quality service of Ashley Clarke. I have been in conversation with her over the last two months and she is a pleasure to work with.
My situation was slightly more complex and required a fair amount of phone calls back and forth and Ashley was incredible and PATIENT each time. She never made me feel bad for calling and was happy to assist me and my family, and I cannot ask for a better representative.
We have been with this insurance agency for many years and representative likes Ashley are the reason why we stay. This women deserves a raise! I 10/10 will continue with Allstate so long as they hire people like Ashley.
