I've been to this place 3 times to ask something about my policy and the front desk told me to call the customer service, will i choose this company for one main reason only is to talk to an agent directly if have any questions what so ever huh... I got a quote from them for my car and it was on the high side. The agent called me again to offer me a contact from Desjardins (which was nice of her) and I was just discussing that every year the insurance seems to go up instead of going down and rewarding the good drivers. The agent told me the best option for me is to not drive anymore. How rude is that? I'm never calling Allstate for any kind of insurance ever. I'll make sure none of my friends do too!!

The worst insurance ever don’t go with them. They are too bad. My car got stolen and they change my policy to.
If my car got stolen again, they’re not gonna pay me nothing
