I submitted a claim over a month ago. No one from claims will answer my telephone call or emails. I have waited well over a month for no resolution or even an update. This is completely unacceptable. Claim #AMA639298 Cherrie Fermim will not reply to calls or emails. Jennifer is very nice in claims but always away from office and never replies. This has been a terrible experience and has completely changed my opinion of AllState.

Worst customer service ever. Waiting on phone for over 5 hours , only to have someone answer and put me back on hold . I have 5 cars insured with them plus my home , Imagine if I had to make a claim. When all my policies are up I will definitely move to a better company, since no one cares . Goodbye allstate
