Hello, My name is Jack and I am still new to the insurance industry but I did come from a banking/mortgage broker background which has taught me the importance of customer service. Service has always been my top priority when it comes to my customer to ensure that I am always available whenever I am needed. I personally am fluent in 3 languages which includes Mandarin, Cantonese, and English so if anyone is in the area that requires any language support I am there for them.
