The agency branch on Innes Road is great but Allstate has dropped the ball after my accident. After 17 days my truck is still in towing company holding yard and nobody is phoning or informing me of anything. My insurance for a rental is 3 weeks and that runs out in 6 days. I still have not had access to the contents or know what the schedule is for towing let alone repair. . I have called and spoken to many Allstate agents and the person supposedly assigned to my claim is not returning my calls.; I filled out a consent form 2 weeks ago to release my truck to ALLState towing company yet it still sits in a Towing zone of the original towing company from the accident. I got a hold of an Allstate agent last week who gave me body shop choices and I agreed to it yet nothing has been done. How long does it have to sit in a holding yard before I know whats happening, get the contents and have repair schedule?

I had a great experience and service with Allstate. I was dealing with Ehab, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was very patient with me and he was able to work around my budget by opting out things I didn’t need and added things that suited more my needs. He seemed really a transparent about things and completely honest and I truly appreciate it that. Thanks
