Insurance Agent

Hello, I’m Jordan van den Hoonaard. I started with Allstate in February 2025, and as someone who started this position with a decade of sales experience, and as someone with experience teaching difficult topics like philosophy at the university level, I bring a unique and valuable skillset to my role as an Allstate Insurance Agent. Insurance is a necessary fact of life, and when making important decisions regarding an area that is both nuanced and complex, you want someone who has experience breaking down such things into terms that are both clear and straightforward. As a resident of Orleans, Ontario, I live in a place I love. I have chosen to raise my family here and am therefore impassioned to help foster a community that is safe and well taken care of. I am not a call centre agent in some unknown location, but rather an agent right here in Orleans. If you need to chat or have questions, you can walk into my office. I’m not a mysterious voice on the phone. I’m your neighbour. My job as an Ottawa area resident is to help take care of my community, and my job as an insurance agent is to accomplish that by taking care of you. I’m here to make sure that your insurance needs are met so that, should the need arise, the last thing you have to worry about is whether you’re covered, so that you can worry about what matters most.
