Not easy to reach them by phone! Your West Ottawa Allstate Agency is lacking of client services. 21 years of royalty customers with your Allstate insurance & finally you guys raised our premiums that no way we can afford it. I have called so many times to re-adjust our cars & home insurance premium (was too high). So finally a gentleman picked up & said I can't access your file. He also yelled at me too & he passed my case to Allstate Insurance services in London, Ont. What a joke!
