My experience with Allstate has been nothing short of a disaster. In July, my mom had a car accident, and I promptly informed the company that the car was in a tow yard. A month later, I followed up only to find out they hadn't even bothered to pick up the car and bring it to their facility.
Our claim was assigned to an adjuster because the car was a potential total loss. For FOUR MONTHS, this adjuster never called me back or responded to my emails. I had to repeatedly call customer service every single week just to get updates, and even they seemed shocked by how I was being treated.
Twice, I was promised that a manager would call me to address the issue. No one ever did. I finally called and accused the company of acting in bad faith, which miraculously led to a random adjuster wrapping up the claim in less than a week. This made it painfully clear that the original adjuster had all the necessary information but chose to neglect the claim entirely.
This experience was so dehumanizing, disrespectful, and a complete failure on their part. No one took accountability for the delays, the lack of communication, or the added stress they caused my family.
If you're considering Allstate, beware: you’re rolling the dice on whether you’ll actually get help when you need it. My advice? Take your business elsewhere

Allstate is the worst company to deal with. Ive been trying to get a hold of an agent since September and had to take a day off to go into the office to finally speak with someone.
absololutly the worst service and overpriced.

I gave one star because there's no way to give zero, this company has gone to the dogs. There's no way to talk to anyone at the branch unless you go in there. The service completely sucks. If you try to call, one of two things will happen. You will either get disconnected while waiting or you will have a wait of at least 1/2 an hour. DON'T get insurance with this company. As soon as I find another insurance company, I will be leaving and I'm sure they don't even care...
Update: I have received a call from the glass company today that replaced my windshield (On June 4th 2024) they still have not been paid for their work, it is now Oct. 28th 2024. I've been on the phone now on hold for an hour so far to try and assist to get them paid. I'll bet if I don't pay my policy they'll contact me real quick.
