I am experiencing the worst experience ever I have had with any insurance company. When they wanted to sell the insurance, the gentleman name Benny over communicated and made is commission. When I wanted the support during the claim time, neither this agency, Benny or anyone from their claims department answered. Their claim advisor has not picked up my call once in 1 week, their 24/7claims number has over 1 hour wait time whenever you call and when i am asking for other advisor or claims manager's information, they are not providing it. When I contacted Benny from my agency again, his is not answering from last 4 days.
The mental stress and trauma of collision that i am going through is not worth their business. I will be changing my insurance to other provider who cares for their customer and not just make commission and ghost.
Please do not fall for their cheap rates there are other providers with competitive rates and way better service when you need them.

" your in good hands eh " where are hands that answer phones, is everyone on holiday? Several different numbers that goto infinite automated msgs and no one has picked up in days simplely unacceptable. Will consider changes once term is up

Kennedy common all state agency must be improve their customer service. i am customer since 5 years but experienced very bad about customer service. to obtain new quote called and mail almost all 16 agents including mangers but no one answer or help me to get new quote. finally i hold one hour for CSR and get the quote. why agency provided mail and personnel phone no one answer. agents asking they cannot help or back up who handled my file. so incase of emergency who can help? Manager phone also dead and no answer at all. i would like to move my portfolio to other agency if i am not getting value service. how is possible out of 16 agents no one able to help or back up. Also noticed that agents need to learn how to talk with customer and need more education about job. i am very disappointed since couple of service call. All state must look and try to make efficient customer service>>>>>>>

Kennedy Commons Supports Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities
The Kennedy Commons Agency team activated the Allstate Good Hands Grant by volunteering at the SCHC (Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities). The Food Bank Program is a staple program in the community, and one of the busiest of its kind in Scarborough. Individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity can access food supports and select meals based on their preference. Our volunteer efforts help the SCHC meet their Vision statement of “igniting the strength of community”. The spirit of giving also matches the SCHC care values of “inclusivity, collaboration, accessibility, respect, and equity”.
