Worst after sale service. Alex H doesn't pick up phone calls or respond to voicemails. I've been trying to get in touch with the agent for 3 weeks. No response! Worst customer service ever experienced.

VERY POOR SERVICE. I got into a no fault accident on Nov. 8. Called the adjuster on Nov.9. Called her several times and left numerous messages. It is now Nov.15. still no call from adjuster. It's been over 6 days. My car rental expires on Nov.17. My damaged vehicle is still parked at the Scarborough collision center incurring a $50/day parking fee. Good insurance companies take care of their customers. Not cause extra stress. I called the All State claims line and the agents either make excuses or hang up on you and pretend the phone call got cut off. When you call the claims line, you are on hold for approx. 30 minutes. I called last night and was cut off. The agent had my phone number and could have called me back but did not do so. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A MASSIVE NIGHTMARE.

I am experiencing the worst experience ever I have had with any insurance company. When they wanted to sell the insurance, the gentleman name Benny over communicated and made is commission. When I wanted the support during the claim time, neither this agency, Benny or anyone from their claims department answered. Their claim advisor has not picked up my call once in 1 week, their 24/7claims number has over 1 hour wait time whenever you call and when i am asking for other advisor or claims manager's information, they are not providing it. When I contacted Benny from my agency again, his is not answering from last 4 days.
The mental stress and trauma of collision that i am going through is not worth their business. I will be changing my insurance to other provider who cares for their customer and not just make commission and ghost.
Please do not fall for their cheap rates there are other providers with competitive rates and way better service when you need them.
