There don't contact you enough about what happening to your car, if it's, going to be repaired, or why it's not going to be repaired, why it's better to spend more to pay you off and get rid of the car through auction at Stark auto parts on union street and have used car company resell the car?, why you treat your customers as if they're unimportant by never calling them or leaving messages on voice mail?

Without my knowledge or permission, they suspended my insurance policy. It was even against their own rules! Upon finding out I didn't give them permission and sign, they pressured me for three months to get my signature! They talked to me like a boss and never once apologized for their mistake or explained why it happened. Also, there were at least five times of wrong communications/information, which was not surprising given their disorder and lawlessness!
I'm a level 7 Google local guide with more than 120 reviews, mostly positive and appreciative. It's the first time I'm writing super negative feedback, and I mean it!
If I could، I would ranked them Zero! Terrible experience!
P.S: In replying to my review, they've asked me to give them their policy number! They didn't bother to search my name! I'm not their client anymore!
