Today Thursday December 8 2022 went at 6:05 pm door close no one there call no one answer door and google say till 8pm lie change the time to not make customer waist time

I have been with Allstate for at least 10+ years, and I always thought it was the right choice until I was involved in a small collision (NOT AT FAULT) to know it was all a fairy tale.
I had a collision a few days ago and it has been enough to know that all this company cares about is the monthly premium they collect from you. During this time I have been trying to get a customer service representative from Allstate to provide at least what the outcome will be but no luck so far.
Unreal the worst service I've seen. The Adjuster is either too busy with so many claims or simply does not care about Allstate clients, not to mention the rest of the people working in conjunction with the adjuster.
I have been trying to talk to a manager or supervisor for days, but whenever I requested the service I was given several excuses, and runarounds, and my calls were either transferred to a voicemail or terminated, I have never experienced such terrible customer service before until now I still can’t believe it.
The worst experience I have ever been through. The most stressful. Annoying. Unprofessional.
One thing I am sure of after this, it will be my last year with this company.
