Am I advised all my brothers and sister from Canada Do not get any car insurance from allstate. My vehicle What's stolen about 3 months ago And allstate insurance did not provide a rental car My adjuster said rite at this moment , I do not have a Claim She did not state why. So i'm about to take my case to Social media, CP24 Want to have a sit down With me If allstate do not settle with me.I will take them to court So I advise anyone who is thinking about getting car insurance or Home Insurance with Allstate don't Get any insurance with allstate insurance its for your Own good people.

This company is for - 5 stars .This company and the management system is the worst I see in my life, they destroyed my insurance record canceling my insurance for non payment. I replied back at the same day I get the email telling them to try again. I get an ather email 20 days later saying to call them to update my info, I already replied to them and I gave my permission to try again. I tried to call them and no buddy answer, I went there couple times and all doors locked, I wase waiting outside for hours and trying to call them without response. Yesterday I went to the office to activate a new policy and the agent wase in communication with the manager in secret communications. The agent explained to me, to activate the new policy we have to charge you the fees for my first policy and telling me this is the amount I owe to them. They didn't say this is a cancelation fee. At the very beginning the agent say, they need to collect the amount for the previous month's, and I give them the permission to do that and they didn't do it and after they try to collect only $100 am pretty sure that wase cancelation fee and the agent was saying to me this is the amount I owe to them. Don't trust this people. I offer to them to pay yearly the full amount and they did wanted and telling me you don't need to pay the full amount, is better yearly!

I switched insurance companies 3mnths ago but was still being charged by Allstate even though I cancelled before the renewal date. They claimed to have layed off the persons that I had spoken too. Since september 2023 i keep getting the run around every time i call. I've spoken to 4-5 different people and sent in all the paperwork but still I have not received my money and all of the agents that I have spoken to via email/phone are not reaponding. They are a bunch of liars and theives.. worst customer service ever!. I am going to file a complaint with the Better businesa bureau and I will be contacting my lawyer to investigate further!
