With over 30 years in customer service and more than 20 years in leadership roles, I’ve built a career focused on listening, understanding, and delivering results. My background in auto sales and restaurant equipment industries taught me the value of strong client relationships - many of which were built on referrals and repeat business. Now in the auto and property insurance industry, I bring that same customer-first mindset to help individuals and families protect what matters most. I believe in doing what I say and standing by my word—because “trust is earned when actions meet words.” Outside of work, I’m a passionate sports fan (Go Raptors!), an F1 racing enthusiast, and a lifelong car lover who once spent weekends fixing up my own ride.
