I already had car and home insurance with Allstate, about to move and wanted insurance on new place and called the normal 1800 number and after almost 4 hours between 2 calls I was left upset, overcharged and things wrong. I decided to call my local office and got Kelly who I can safely say saved my account from leaving Allstate. She took everything I had to say very seriously, found that the others at the call centre really messed things up, overcharged me a lot, didn’t fill things out properly, told me I had to wait to do things that I didn’t need to. I was shopping around insurance and was having a stressful time because I was nearing my renewal period and wanted the best possible rate with the same coverage I already had. I did the online quote and contacted the Whitby location as it was the closest to my home. Salima was the one that answered my call and was super polite and professional. She went above and beyond helping me get a policy that was within the budget I was looking for, while also giving me many options and helping me understand each one of them.
