Michael Scott is definitely the "Manager" there, but definitely the one from the Office TV series. INCOMPETENT. No respect to the client and I will never recommend this institution on how forthcoming they are about their lack of costumer service.

$65/ month rate increase year over year. With no accidents and no claims. After being a client for 11 years!
When you call to speak with a representative about the rates they insist they are government controlled (which is a bold face lie).
I am cancelling my insurance with the most expensive and the most customer combative insurance company there is.
Buyer beware.
Goodbye and good riddance.

The 5 star experience with Allstate is due to the great experience I had a few days ago with their agent Jason Greening from Walker Rd location in Windsor, On. He went above and beyond to provide me with all the details I needed and to put together a quote for auto/home insurance to meet my needs. He is an exceptional agent, very professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him and I'm glad I made my decision to go back to Allstate. I definitely would recommend him to everyone looking for insurance for auto , home and more.

I call the local office number and was on hold for 47 minutes on my lunch. No answer on this endless loop of commercials. Told I am an important customer and they value my call oh about 30 times. No answer. Had to go back to work. Allstate is now a internet and call centre company. Local service just does not exist.

Recently had the experience of dealing with Allstate representative Chad Stratford. He was incredibly thorough, helpful and professional. He took the time and showed us where we were paying WAY TOO MUCH with another insurance company and has made the transition pain free!!
