$65/ month rate increase year over year. With no accidents and no claims. After being a client for 11 years! When you call to speak with a representative about the rates they insist they are government controlled (which is a bold face lie). I am cancelling my insurance with the most expensive and the most customer combative insurance company there is. Buyer beware. Goodbye and good riddance.

Terrible Customer service

This company is a joke, Unaccountable agents, constant premium increases for no apparent reason, and just horrible business etiquette topped by even worse communication skills. They will tell you you have "accident forgiveness" in your policy and then use that same accident against you. Pathetic... Save yourself the trouble and find a company that will actually listen when you speak, and not do as they please.
