Bref une fois que vous êtes clients on vous ignore....par contre quand je me suis fait frauder ma carte de crédit, j'ai oublier que Allstate était en prépaiement automatisé alors ils m'ont appeler pour m'aviser que le paiement n'avais pas passer, j'ai répondu a l'appel en offrant la nouvelle carte de crédit et en expliquant mon histoire. Ils ont tout de même choisi de me charger 50$ de frais pour mettre le nouveau numéro de carte de crédit dans leur système et prendre le paiement....J'ai donc changer mes polices d'assurances de place et à ce jour, personne ne m'a contacter pour savoir pourquoi j'avais quitter.....

If you press 1 for a new policy they will pick up right away. I am so disappointed with their service. Will be switching to another insurance company. update: Finally was able to cancel. They first send me a reimbursement check for 57$ then 3 weeks later sent me a letter that I owe them 35$ ??? Now they are threatening to send my file in collection. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS!!
