Je ne suis pas déçu avec eux, les prix sont compétitifs. J’ai eu un petit dommage à faire réparer, j’ai fait faire une évaluation des frais, présenté ma demande en appuyant le tout avec des photos. L’évaluateur est passé pour constaté le tout et c’est réglé.

In the past year I have attempted to speak to my rep many times to no avail. I was told that it was normal because he was very busy selling new fonts and that it was the best in Canada .... (as if that was an appropriate answer ....). In short, once you are a customer, you are ignored .... on the other hand when I had my credit card defrauded, I forgot that Allstate was in automated prepayment so they called me to advise me that the payment didn't make it, I answered the call offering the new credit card and explaining my story. They still chose to charge me $50 in fees to put the new credit card number in their system and take the payment....So I changed my insurance policies and to date, no one contacted me to find out why I had left.... (Original) Une entreprise qui s'occupe de vous juste le temps d'ouvrir votre dossier. Si vous vous attendez à un service à la clientèle fonctionnel, je vous suggère de choisir une autre compagnie d'assurance. Dans la dernière année j'ai tenter de parler à mon représentant à maintes reprises en vain. On m'a répondu que c'était normal car il était très occuper a vendre de nouvelles polices et que c'était le meilleur au canada....(comme si c'était une réponse approprié....). Bref une fois que vous êtes clients on vous ignore....par contre quand je me suis fait frauder ma carte de crédit, j'ai oublier que Allstate était en prépaiement automatisé alors ils m'ont appeler pour m'aviser que le paiement n'avais pas passer, j'ai répondu a l'appel en offrant la nouvelle carte de crédit et en expliquant mon histoire. Ils ont tout de même choisi de me charger 50$ de frais pour mettre le nouveau numéro de carte de crédit dans leur système et prendre le paiement....J'ai donc changer mes polices d'assurances de place et à ce jour, personne ne m'a contacter pour savoir pourquoi j'avais quitter.....
