Terrible experience. From start to end the service has been terrible… When getting my car insurance I had issue and the issue was never resolved. Was given a price and signed to be told a month later that the price given was special because it included house insurance …… not once did I ever inquire on house insurance and nor did I have a house to insure lol. Was then told my price would increase due to the SALES REP misunderstanding. I called to change addresses on the system and never was done so renewal letter was sent to old address. Each time you call you speak to someone that can barley understand French not English. They tell you anything to brush you off the phone. They were trying to charge me upwards of 230$ for car insurance on a 2013 Kia which is unheard of. They are incompetent and useless whenever you try to call for help. PLEASE avoid for these following reasons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RATES ARE CRAZY HIGH, SALES REP THAT WILL SCAM YOU TO SIGN WITH THEM.
I am soooooo happy to no longer be with AllState insurance because it was a year filled with headaches and paying crazy prices for no reason. I am now paying under 80$ for the same insurance. Please avoid and shop around.

Got a discount for insurance 20% off due to working at a bank. It does what it says. Cheaper than other insurance companies as well. Next year I'm going to switch my car with them too! They call back at some point due to some unaudiable noise, and I'm glad they care for customers 🙂 I'd recommend someone there for their first insurance!
