Where do I begin. A little PSA for everyone. I was involved in an accident when a driver ran a red light. Now there’s a camera at the intersection but that didn’t matter because i’m a young male who was turning left so I had to be at fault. No reasoning was given to me why, I requested they look at the camera, I said I did not agree with this “at fault” decision but they didn’t care. They didn’t look into anything I had to say or show. Now come renewal suprise 75% surcharge from 506/month to 864/ month a $4000 increase and my yearly premium rate to a whopping $10 100 a year. I just wanted to share this with everyone. I would stay away. Have a wonderful day.

I already had car and home insurance with Allstate, about to move and wanted insurance on new place and called the normal 1800 number and after almost 4 hours between 2 calls I was left upset, overcharged and things wrong.
I decided to call my local office and got Kelly who I can safely say saved my account from leaving Allstate.
She took everything I had to say very seriously, found that the others at the call centre really messed things up, overcharged me a lot, didn’t fill things out properly, told me I had to wait to do things that I didn’t need to. Kelly fixed it all while making me feel like a valued customer.
I was seriously considering leaving Allstate after horrible experience but thanks to Kelly in resolving all my problems I will stick around. Thanks for everything Kelly!!!
