Worst service ever...no one ever answers phone. Went twice to get matter resolved and no luck

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service specifically at the Barrhaven location. No one ever seems to be there to answer the phone. Rates keep going up, when I check with other insurance providers, they all come in lower than Allstate. The driving app is a scam, had a perfect score for the first 2 months and then the app kept adding hard breaking at local stop signs, total BS! I would not recommend to anyone. My original contact quit because of the way they treated her (I appreciate that's not part of their service, but it was sad to see her so upset about she was treated by her employer) I'm sure there will be a response that states how dedicated they are to customer service, but believe me, they are not. So glad I have found another provider, cheaper and a pleasure to work with. PS. The person I spoke with to cancel my account was great, go figure! Follow-up: Got a call from the office manager asking if there was anything he could do to correct the experience, too bad you don't respond this quickly to your customers when they are trying to get things done. You seem to spend more time responding to online comments rather than being a good insurance provider. Just do better.
