Hi, my name is Melissa Lynch. I am an insurance agent and have been with Allstate since 2024. I am not new to insurance, having joined the industry in 2020 and been in the client services sector since 2009. I started my career in luxury hotel management, ensuring our guests had an exceptional experience. After enduring a personal tragedy in 2017, I realized the importance of insurance and how having the proper coverage can save a life.

From there, I decided to quit my job in the hospitality industry and pursue my new passion, becoming an insurance advisor. Although I passed my licensing exam in 2020, insurance is ever changing and I am continually educating myself through courses and workshops offered through our regulatory body, the Insurance Institute, and Allstate.
