Not so bad. The customer service is hard to reach with so much customer to handle. I have waited 2 hours minimum and at times it won’t work too. The hail damage claim i did a month ago was not processed to a point where I meet an ajuster. The price is reasonably high.

This is directed at Allstate and not necessarily this branch. But I got screwed over and you won’t give me my money back. I called 2 months ago to get my policies with Allstate insurance cancelled. They cancelled my auto insurance but did not cancel the property insurance and continued to charge me for 2 months before I noticed. I moved locations during this time so I was actually paying property insurance on a property that I did not live at anymore. I called at they said it is impossible to reimburse me. On another note, my auto insurance increased every single year since I’ve been with Allstate. I only have 1 parking ticket to my name. Instead of rewarding good drivers, they will continue to increase your payments.
