The only time I needed a service from them, they didn't give me any response. I am 8 months pregnant and someone hit my car. I called the same day, they gave me 3 days to get back to me and I never got a response. I called Rianne Gray, the person responsible for my complaint so many times and I only have the voicemail. I still have to prepare everything for the baby's arrival and I have to do everything by Uber because I can't take my car in for repairs because I haven't gotten any response from them. This company is a nightmare!

I didn’t appreciate how you guys treated me with my case, after your company made a biggest mistake because they are careless, instead of apologizing, you guys decided to play innocent and smart with me, in conclusion I expect this company to do the right thing this time….. give me what I asked or guess what I will get more than what I asked, the choice is in your hands and choose wisely🙌

If I could give zero stars I would, worst customer service ever. I asked for a second and I mean a legit second not even 10 seconds a SECOND to get the phone operator information she needed and she hung up on me, didn’t help with a single thing just hung up cause that SECOND was so inconvenient for her although I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for help. I maybe got to speak to her for 30 seconds after waiting 30 minutes. Wish I knew her name she was so incredibly rude.
