This company is a joke,
Unaccountable agents, constant premium increases for no apparent reason, and just horrible business etiquette topped by even worse communication skills. They will tell you you have "accident forgiveness" in your policy and then use that same accident against you. Pathetic... Save yourself the trouble and find a company that will actually listen when you speak, and not do as they please.

Jason Greening: Terrible and condescending customer service. Treats like crap and constantly talks about being professional is a joke. Jason Greening is my agent ( won't be for long) and he gave no explanation for the excessively increased cost when I switched my vehicle. Having to pay almost $500 without any conversation is a big blow. Also when I wanted to take my old car insurance off because it wasn't on the road, was unused, he gave me the hardest time as well telling me what he would 'allow me' to do. There are so many things are wrong in the way he operates... My quotes were way different than the actual charges and its constant struggle to get any resolution which never came. I have emails from him telling me to go find other insurance and what not and he really believes he can get away with this kind of behavior is so shocking.
