Like many others, I too had a payment failed issue (due to stolen card). I was told to get a letter from the bank regarding this issue, which I did, VIA email as that is the only method my card provider offers)
Allstate said this was all good, the letter was accepted, and I'd get a call the following Monday to update my card information and confirm the account changes. Monday came and went, I spent 1hr 27mins on hold on a Wednesday to speak to someone. Was told I'd get a call back within 48 hours from a manager. A week later with no call, I call again. Rinse and repeat long hold times plus no callbacks for a month. Finally I get to speak to someone and they say "you don't actually have insurance right now, we marked your name for "cancelled for non payment" and you likely won't be able to get insurance anywhere else without paying a year upfront now. We didn't actually accept the letter from your card company. Too bad"
So now, true to what they said, I can't get insurance anywhere. I've been back and forth with the branch and head office for the last 4 MONTHS trying to deal with it, while making payments on a car I cannot insure without paying thousands upfront for a year because my once FLAWLESS record is now tarnished by ONE "missed" payment due to a stolen card.
AVOID THIS BRANCH AND COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Policy doesn't show in your App. It's been on and off.
Long wait to your office for two days now approximately an hour waiting each day but no one bothered to pick up yet. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. only good for new clients! the agent even doesnt want to help after all i booked all my insurance to your company he want me to call your office. so sad. :-(

Biggest fraudsters ever. On renewal, I was on monthly payment with them for my auto insurance. There wasn’t error on my side and my funds was available that time but there was an issue with their billing department and they were unsuccessful with payment. They didn’t even ask me if there was an issue with my card or bank. They were asking me letter from my bank to proof there wasn’t error from my bank but they didn’t provide it. My bank told me that all state should send them email or call them regarding this issue. Bank said there wasn’t any error from them, it was all state who did this mistake. Now their agency manager sent me letter and charged me 50$ for their side of error. My advisor Patricia bowman wasn’t help either. I explained my side she was like ok I will discuss it. They are scammers and fraudsters. Please look for other insurance companies. First they tell you how much you saved with all state insurance then they fined you$ 50 or more because of their unprofessional billing department. Please save yourself from this company. They just scamming customers. Zero star and unprofessional team.
