FRAUDULENT and DISHONEST company. Beware of Pina DiMaio, they will take your $ and run. I had car and home insurance with Pina and due to the rates being higher than other competitors, I shopped around and found more affordable insurance that suited our needs. They were informed that we were not going to renew our policy and they still have the gall to charge twice since our cancellation. I've emailed her and still waiting to get confirmation of a refund. Call customer service at your own risk waiting for someone to pick up. Edit Updated: I emailed her to cancel another policy to no response. Good Luck getting a hold of them when you need them. I remember how responsive she was to get us a quote. Interesting how she can post on LinkedIn but not respond to customer emails.
