These people are happy to sell you a new policy, but once it comes time to make a claim, all the phones suddenly stop working and they all go to voicemail. I had an accident over 15 days ago, and filed a claim on the same day. Still no response from the adjuster despite leaving multiple voicemails. The Allstate corporate office has assured me multiple times that the case has been "escalated" and that I should recieve a call within "1-3 business days", despite this never happening. I highly recommend others to shop elsewhere.
